The Daily Telegraph (p.8) reports that it costs GBP1 a minute to eat at the finest restaurants. A survey by lastminute.com found that 15% of Britain's top 100 eateries admit that they turn tables at peak times, whereby people are asked to leave to make room for the next guests.  Copyright Adfero Direct News
