The Food Standards Agency (FSA) reports that the Government has made changes with regards to which departments are in charge of food labelling policy. The FSA will look after food safety aspects, while the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) will look after other responsibilities. Nutrition labelling will move to the Department of Health at a later date.  Copyright Adfero Direct News
